Sponsorship Opportunities

This is the list of typical sponsor programs that are available in an AFM racing season; please contact AFM if you are interested in becoming a sponsor at one of these levels or if you have some other great new sponsor program you’d like to offer.

Please remember that Title and Class Sponsors programs are “exclusive” and once the title/class is taken, it isn’t available that season to anyone else. It is still possible to become a Support Sponsor for an already “claimed” title/class, or you can select a completely different class to call your own. Please check the Contingency Sponsor Information to see who’s doing what.

If you or your company are interested in sponsoring a class or would like to offer a product contingency program to AFM racers, please Contact The AFM and we’ll put you in touch with one of the AFM officials who coordinates the programs. It’s quite easy, affordable and gives great returns, and it assures good exposure for your business or products in all AFM ads, programs and over the PA on each raceday.

Class Sponsor

For a per raceday payout to AFM racers of $225 (or more) your company will receive the following:

  • Exclusive naming rights of selected class and “(class) Sponsored by …” listing in the raceday program.
  • Your Company Logo/Name in our CityBike ads multiple times during the race season.
  • Your company Logo/ Name on the cover of all AFM race programs, In the AFM rule book for the following season.
  • “Thank you” listing on the AFMWeb site “Contingency” page, including a link to sponsor’s website.
  • Loud Speaker announcements before, during and after that class race at all events.
  • 4 guest passes per race event (gate reservations required).
  • Class Sponsors will be named as such in all race schedules, print ads and loud speaker announcements.
  • Sponsor stickers will be made available at AFM tech.
  • AFM will send you the official results after each event, so you can make the payout to the qualifying racers in the class.

Contingency Sponsor

Your company can design a contingency program (within certain guidelines) and AFM will help out in your administration of the program.

  • Your company agrees to pay out monies to designated finishers in a class (or classes) of your choosing. AFM will make the contingency program info available to all it’s members.
  • You provide your logo stickers and AFM will make them available at AFM tech on raceday mornings.
  • Your company agrees to design the contingency program and provide the AFM with all necessary sign up sheets and requirement details for your contingency program. AFM will make sure these forms are available at AFM tech on raceday mornings.
  • AFM will send you the official results after each event, so you can make the payout to the qualifying racers signed up for your program.
